Rob's problem-solving abilities and commitment to delivering custom, high-quality solutions distinguish Dharma Construction from other regional contractors.

Chief Operations and Growth Officer
Amanda Condyles joined Dharma Construction as the Chief Operations and Growth Officer, bringing her extensive experience in real estate operations, leading high-performing sales teams, and working in the non-profit sector to support underserved inner-city neighborhoods. With a proven track record of driving growth and streamlining operations, Amanda is passionate about using her unique skill set to help Dharma achieve its mission and expand its impact.
Outside of work, Amanda thrives on competition—whether in the gym lifting weights, on hiking trails exploring the great outdoors, or during family game nights. She cherishes time with her loved ones, especially as the proud aunt of her one-year-old twin nephews, Tatum and Mason, and her seven-year-old niece. Amanda’s dedication to personal and professional excellence fuels her excitement for leveraging her diverse experiences to grow Dharma Construction into an industry leader.

Site Lead
Seth has been a carpenter with Dharma Inc. for a few years now. His mission is to provide top-notch construction services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity. He strives to exceed clients' expectations and build lasting relationships through exceptional workmanship.
Christopher Villa
Project Manager
Christopher joined Dharma Construction as a Project Manager, managing procurement, bidding, subcontracting, and overseeing estimations. Christopher earned his degree at the University of California, Davis, and has over 20 years of experience in construction, real estate, design, and commercial investments.
Also, licensed as a Washington real estate broker, Christopher has successfully managed residential projects from $200K to $3M and up, including investment, landmark, and luxury properties. He provides clients with a unique skill set that includes a strong design sense, construction knowledge, and the ability to meet budget and timeline requirements.
Jason LaLone
Project Development Coordinator
Jason’s passion for building and fixing things started early—growing up in Michigan, he was always hands-on, whether repairing cars with his father or woodworking alongside his grandfather. That lifelong curiosity and drive to understand how things work shaped his career and gave him the mindset that he could learn and master any skill he set his mind to.
With years of experience in construction and home improvement, Jason is now a licensed General Contractor, fully bonded and insured. He leads his team with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Whether it’s home maintenance, repairs, or full-scale remodeling, Jason ensures every project is completed with precision and care—so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your home at its best.
